Nikkalyco Spray Powder AS-1000

Anti-setoff spray powder, NIKKALYCO is used to make an air gap between printing sheets of paper. The powder can dry the ink naturally and avoid the unwanted transfer of ink from printed sheet to another.

AS-1000 is classified in semi-coated type and has unique characteristics such as less blanket pilling, less flying in the air and no cause of tubes’ clogging of spraying equipment.

Suitable to a wide range of printings from carton paper to light weight paper. It can be also used where post-processing is to be followed, such as over print vanish, vinyl coating and others.

Since excess powder on printings often spoils their products, spraying minimum just needed to protect ink set off would be recommended.
